How it works

Step 01. The Job Brief
Our consultant will meet you to discover what jobs needs filling. We take our time in order to learn about you, your team, your company & your hiring goals.

Step 02. Market Research and Resourcing
We start by identifying and compiling a long list of candidates from our network and extensive search. We find talented individuals to join your staff during our interview process.

Step 03. Receive a Shortlist
We provide a shortlist of candidates to you that we've identified as having the necessary skills, culture fit & attitude to succeed in your business.

Step 04. Meet The Candidates
We organise a meeting between you and our candidates (after we've met them!). You'll be in charge of the interview where you'll do final assessment of cultural fit and technical ability.

Step 05. Exchange Feedback
This is your chance to provide feedback on your meeting to your recruitment consultant. If you have further questions or concerns to raise, this is the perfect time to do so.

Step 06. Make An Offer!
You've found an employee. Now's the time to make the offer. We will relay the good news to the candidate and send off the contract. Once the contract is returned, the work can begin!
