Grace joined Kennedy Reid in September of 2013 as a Recruitment Consultant. A couple of years later, Grace moved into a Practice Leader role within the Life Insurance team and ultimately became the Director of Professional Services, managing over six practices across the business. Seven years later, when she started as a Junior Consultant, Grace is now the Managing Director at Kennedy Reid.
Grace’s passion for Insurance started well before Kennedy Reid. She began her career in Insurance as a senior sales consultant. She built up her skill-set and knowledge within Insurance by providing exceptional customer service for the brands and products. Grace then decided to move into the Recruitment market in 2013, where she could use her acquired skills and knowledge in a fulfilling industry.
With an Honours degree in Business Studies, Grace has also acquired an understanding of Business Operations and Management and has continued successfully running the business.
In her current role, Grace is responsible for developing and executing the company vision, including ultimate responsibility for the Sales, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, and IT functions across the business.
