With over five years of experience in recruitment, Rachel brings a well-rounded and global perspective to her work, having worked across Ireland, the UK, New Zealand, and now Australia. Her background spans the Human Services sector—primarily aged care—and earlier, the construction industry.
Rachel holds a qualification in Human Resource Management from Munster Technological University and has built a reputation for successfully balancing workplace objectives with strong, productive relationships across clients, stakeholders, contractors, and colleagues.
Known for her vibrant energy and passionate approach, Rachel is all about making her work count—bringing enthusiasm, professionalism, and a people-first mindset to everything she does, making her the perfect addition for Kennedy Reid.
