• Work alongside onsite nurses to help travel insurance customers in an emergency health situation
• Liaise with all stakeholders where necessary  
• Read policy wordings to confirm policy coverage 
• Offer support and guidance to customers
• Manage a portfolio of emergency queries

About You
To be successful in the role, you will have: 

• 2 years Assistance Operations or call centre experience
• Ability to manage emergency situations 
• Excellent communication skills
