My client is a leading sales and marketing specialist across the property sector who are seeking to appoint a new team member to support their MD across EA & PA functions.
Duties for the role;
Role is paying between 90-100k and will see you support and collaborate with the MD onsite at their head office.

Duties for the role;
- Diary and travel management
- Taking meeting minutes if/when required
- Supporting with and creating administration documents, letters, emails etc
- Handling event organisation
- Assisting with reporting
- Providing support in budgets and projects
- Support and coordination with personal appointments and commitments
- 4 years min experience supporting Executives across Executive and Personal Assistant duties
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to be the forward thinker
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail;
- Strong across MS Office Suites
- A high level of computer literacy with the ability to pick up new systems efficiently
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of the team
- Sound judgement and the ability to maintain confidentiality around sensitive information
