Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist senior brokers in managing client accounts and building strong relationships with clients.
  • Support the placement of insurance policies by researching markets, preparing quotations, and negotiating with insurers.
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide tailored insurance solutions to meet client needs.
  • Help manage renewals, ensuring clients’ coverage remains appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policies, and claims.
  • Assist in handling claims and liaise with insurers to ensure timely resolution for clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, insurance products, and regulations.
