The company:

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Insurance Specialist to join a leading organisation’s Risk & Insurance team. This role is pivotal in managing insurance and risk solutions across the Asia Pacific region, supporting diverse business operations and portfolio companies.

Responsibilities: 
  • Provide expert advice on insurance matters and manage the organisation’s insurance needs across the region.
  • Collaborate with legal and business teams to review contracts and negotiate insurance clauses.
  • Coordinate insurance renewals, maintain registers for assets and certificates, within timeframes. 
  • Oversee employee and vendor insurance processes, ensuring compliance with policies and risk management procedures.
  • Assist with managing and negotiating insurance claims, ensuring they are handled and settled efficiently. 
  • Continuously enhance insurance procedures and processes while supporting and facilitating training sessions.
About You: 
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, either in a brokerage or corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate insurance and experience managing risks, claims, and insurance solutions.
  • Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and work confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
