The Company: 

Our client is a Travel claims cover holder backed by Lloyds with a stellar reputation in the market. They are seeking a professional to join their successful organisation to manage an end to end portfolio of claims in their recently brought in house claims department.

The Role:
  • Managing and processing own portfolio of Travel Claims from end to end
  • Assisting Claims team in providing best possible customer service
  • Complaints resolution handling 
  • Registering claims information and answering policy queries.
  • Annual remuneration reviews.
About You: 
  • Previous experience managing claims in travel (preferred), Life insurance, medical claims or workers compensation.
  • Prior experience in stakeholder management and strong mathematic and English competency. 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and ability to learn quickly.
