Job description
My client is a new NDIS provider, connected to a leading educational company that commits to quality, humanity and sustainability. The NDIS provider has all the Core modules on scope as well as the Child module. The sister company, the education provider, offers courses in healthcare, community, childcare & science courses which can be engaged in paid and volunteering roles. They have seen a significant increase in growth recently and are now searching a Business Development Manager to bring on new business and manage these accounts.
Key responsibilities:
1. Acquire new NDIS clients for the organisation.
2. Develop, implement and manage client acquisition activities and programs within the NDIS company Client Acquisition Framework.
3. Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 4. Assist with client onboarding
Requirements:
- Must have a proven track record in business development
-Must have contacts within the plan coordination space & be confident in bringing in new clients
- At least 3 years of experience in attaining new business in the NDIS sector or other community service setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to problem solve, think critically and be a real Go-Getter
This position is paying between $80,000 to $85,000 + super + bonus (get a % from each client signed up depending on the size of the package).
