About the Role
- Manage & coach a team of high performing sales professionals
- Suggest and implement techniques to meet and exceed targets
- Support with the ongoing quality assurance and improvement of calls
- Work closely with wider business units to enhance the customer experience
- Sydney CBD location close to Wynard & Town Hall stations
- Full time permanent position
- Monday - Friday, with a rotating roster between 8am - 7pm
- Please note, the role is full time office based
