The Position:

  • Managing and assessing a portfolio of life insurance claims end to end (IP, Trauma and TPD) - both physical and psychological
  • Day to day Liaison with doctors, rehabilitation providers and advisers
  • Initiating claims investigations
  • Requesting medical and financial information

About You:

Currently you will be working as an end-to-end assessor, managing your own portfolio of claims.
  • Experience managing a case load of Life insurance claims 
  • Understanding of medical terminology
  • Making claim decisions according to your authority level
  • A passion for customer service and really making a difference in people's lives.
  • A fun personality, the teams are very tight-knit and love to have a laugh in the office.
  • Most importantly, an interest in pursuing a career in the Life Insurance field.
