Ideal Candidate

• 2 years minimum experience managing general insurance claims. Brokerage setting experience favoured, commercial property insurance claims preferred. 
• Engaging, outgoing and resilient personality desired. Stakeholder management / rapport building crucial to the position. 
• Experience with high volume claim portfolios
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills

The Role

• Manage a portfolio of commercial claims, including property, liability, motor, strata and ISR claims within a brokerage setting. 
• Apply claims policies and procedures
• Provide excellent customer service to clients
• Liaise and manage various stakeholders
