Our client is seeking a Claims Team Leader to join its team in Mulgrave, 3170 Victoria. They are passionate about sport and leisure with a focus on delivering the best service to their clients.
The Role
- Managing a team of 9 claims consultants in the liability/personal accident claims department.
- Small portfolio claims to manage alongside team leadership
- Technical referral point for claims staff - foster a supportive culture of assisting team members.
- Liaise with a range of stakeholders regarding policy queries and coverage.
- Day to day management of claims team.
- Provide excellent service to all parties involved.
- WFH flexibility available following training (4 days in office, 1 day from home)
- $100,000 - $120,000 + super pending on experience
- Leadership experience necessary.
- Liability, injury, or personal accident claims experience preferred. Insurance law experience considered.
- A keen interest in sport
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Work with sports, clubs and athletes on interesting claims.
