- Be the Head of Claims go to person for assistance across the country.
- 3-4 years minimum experience managing commercial claims. Brokerage setting experience favoured, commercial property insurance claims preferred.
- Engaging, outgoing and resilient personality desired. Stakeholder management / rapport building crucial to the position.
- Ability to be flexible in role and do what's needed to assist the team.
- Experience in QA or mentorship of staff.
- Experience with high volume claim portfolios.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills.
- Manage mixed lines portfolios of claims across the country out of the Melbourne, 3000 offices. There are three office locations in Melbourne available to work from for the successful candidate:
- Melbourne, 3000
- Moorabbin, 3189
- South Melbourne, 3205 - Apply claims policies and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
- Liaise and manage various stakeholders
