Your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing a portfolio of high valued commercial property claims up to the multimillion-dollar value
• Settling claims and making strategic decisions 
• Negotiating with third parties and service providers and ensuring successful outcomes for all stakeholders
• Training and coaching more junior staff members in the team
• Acting as a technical referral point for junior members in the team

Ideal Candidate

• Extensive experience managing commercial property claims is essential
• A genuine desire to build a long term career in the insurance space
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• A true team player who is adaptable when speaking with different stakeholders.
