The Role
As a Marketing Assistant, your duties will include but not be limited to: 
  • Supporting the Head of Marketing with travel bookings, managing inbox, preparing presentations
  • Updating relevant management & customer information
  • Maintain and develop the client knowledge database
  • Assisting with the organisation of events/conferences 
  • General adhoc marketting/administration support
  • Location: Sydney CBD location - close to public transport
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
  • Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 (depending on experience)
You
In order to be successful for this role, you must have the following: 
  • Previous Marketing experience essential
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing preferred
  • Advanced MS Word, intermediate to advanced Excel 
  • Experience in database management & desktop publishing
  • Very high attention to detail & excellent organisational skills
  • The ability to work in a team environment
