Job description

The People Services Partner supports all people, services and payroll functions, ensuring smooth coordination and accurate processing of employee information, payroll, training, and HR campaigns
  • Provide timely responses to all people, services and payroll related inquiries.
  • Strategy & Planning - Build and maintain relationships with leaders and staff to support strategic goals.
  • Support various HR campaigns, internal events and celebrations, including headcount, annual reviews, job restructuring, and engagement programs
  • Steer the end-to-end recruitment process, including coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks, all probity and preparing contracts.
  • Manage the onboarding and departure processes for all staff, including arranging employee medicals, training, and managing the probation review process.
  • Industrial Relations: Provide support in interpreting industrial instruments, ensuring compliance with legislation and standards, and assisting with policy development and updates.
  • Employee Relations: Support managers on employee matters, including workplace investigations, grievance processes, and disciplinary actions, while assisting with training, metrics tracking, and reporting.
  • Support the annual salary and bonus review processes, ensuring alignment with company policies and market benchmarks. 
  • Coordinate wellbeing initiatives, including campaigns and events, to promote a healthy work environment. Promote positive mental health and awareness of psychosocial safety risks. Champion the Employee Assistance Program and other wellbeing resources. 
  • Lead or contribute to People & Services projects and initiatives. Perform ad hoc duties and projects as required to meet business needs and objectives. 
 
About you;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar
  • 5-7 years experience / exposure across HR remits
  • Experience with HRIS systems, payroll processing software. Employment Hero and other platforms
  • Experience across immigration, enterprise bargaining and award interpretation is highly considered
