The Role
As a successful Case Manager, your duties will include but not be limited to: 
  • Manage longer term Workers Compensation claims
  • Complete general claims management tasks 
  • Respond to clients in an efficient manner 
  • Complete ad hoc administration duties 
  • Liaise with key internal and external stakeholders
You
As a successful Claims Officer, you will offer: 
  • At least 1+ years' experience in Workers' Compensation (Open to Life & CTP insurance experience)
  • Ability to make decisions & think rationally
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Excellent Communication Skills
