As a successful Case Manager, your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Manage longer term Workers Compensation claims
- Complete general claims management tasks
- Respond to clients in an efficient manner
- Complete ad hoc administration duties
- Liaise with key internal and external stakeholders
As a successful Claims Officer, you will offer:
- At least 1+ years' experience in Workers' Compensation (Open to Life & CTP insurance experience)
- Ability to make decisions & think rationally
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Competitive salary + annual bonus up to 10%

- Office based in Upper Mount Gravatt - onsite parking.
