The role:

We are seeking a self-starter with 7+ years PQE to provide expert legal support across contractual, regulatory, and general corporate matters. This is a broad and dynamic role where you’ll partner with key stakeholders to navigate complex legal challenges in an ever-evolving industry.

Responsibilities: 

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts
• Provide strategic regulatory advice, ensuring compliance with industry requirements
• Support business units on legal risk, governance, and dispute resolution
• Engage with external regulators and other Lawyers as required
• Work closely with senior leaders in a truly global and fast-moving environment
• Assist with any other legal and compliance matters as required to support business objectives
  

Experience required: 

• 7+ years PQE (insurance or financial services experience preferred)
• Strong background in contractual, regulatory, and corporate legal work
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Commercial mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and solutions-focused approach
