Job description

About You:
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience within Allied Health
  • Experience within the Workers Compensation space
  • AHPRA, ESSA or ASORC accreditation desirable
  • Proven record of handling and maintaining key client relationships 
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
Key Duties
  • Building and maintaining client relationships, identifying and meeting their needs as well as ensuring satisfactory outcomes on claims.
  • Managing your own portfolio of business and providing advice on workplace injury.
  • Conversing with Allied Health professionals 
  • Working effectively with the team to achieve targets
  • Presenting options to clients to reach agreements on claims
  • Identifying new clients and communicating with these prospects.
My client is seeking a Workers Compensation case manager to join their team. They are seeking someone who is able to contribute to the business growth objectives by retention of existing business as well as having an understanding of Injury and Claims management strategies & processes.

The Role:
The consultant is responsible for client relationship management, assisting the team on exploring alternatives and positions as well as always acting in the best interest of the client. This job will involve stakeholder management, business retention & injury claims management.
