My client is a national insurer with over 20 years of experience operating within the Australian Market. The Position:

This role would see you managing and assessing a portfolio of life insurance claims end to end (IP, Trauma and TPD) - both physical and psychological, tasks would include but not be limited to;

• Day to day liaison with doctors, rehabilitation providers and advisers
• Initiating claims investigations
• Requesting medical and financial information
• Provide a high level of customer service and proactively manage communication with your clients 
• Strong adherence to company policies and external regulations 

About You:

• Experience managing a case load of Life insurance claims 
• The ability to make claim decisions according to your authority level
• A strong rapport builder with a passion for customer service and really making a difference in people's lives.
• A fun personality, the teams are very tight-knit and love to have a laugh in the office.
• A keen interest and a desire to build a career within Insurance
• Highly organised with the ability to manage competing demands
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to understand and pick up relevant systems and computer programs
