About the Role:

As the Insurance Customer Service Consultant, your day to day would include but not be limited too;
  • Identifying customer needs to align them with the suitable insurance packages
  • Account management
  • Contacting warm customer leads, supporting the customers with their insurance options and building rapport
  • Ensure the database and your processes are documented efficiently, and all administration is completed
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
Skills and Experience:
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with a variety of stakeholders 
  • Seeing objections as questions and wanting to support with the solution
  • Experience working within fast paced and at times demanding environments 
  • Experience working in Customer Service, Administration or Call Center environments
  • Excellent listening skills and attention to detail
  • Enjoys being outcome focused
This role is offering a $75k package inclusive of super with an opportunity to earn bonuses.
