Duties;
- Handle enquiries and requests via web portals, email, and phone.
- Manage applications, amendments, cancellations, renewals, and payments.
- Update client databases and systems, including data entry and managing a shared inbox.
- Use Excel for accurate invoicing.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Assist with additional administrative and project tasks as needed.
- Previous experience either in Customer Service/Call Center/Administration
- Great communication - both Written & Verbal
- Strong computer skills and the ability to pick up new programs quickly
- Professional phone manner
- Adaptable and flexible
- Passionate about delivering a great customer experience
