Job description

My client is a leading global insurer with a fantastic reputation in the market, due to growth they are looking to add a Customer Service Specialist to their team. 

Duties;

  • Handle enquiries and requests via web portals, email, and phone.
  • Manage applications, amendments, cancellations, renewals, and payments.
  • Update client databases and systems, including data entry and managing a shared inbox.
  • Use Excel for accurate invoicing.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless customer experience 
  • Assist with additional administrative and project tasks as needed.
Skills;
  • Previous experience either in Customer Service/Call Center/Administration
  • Great communication - both Written & Verbal
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to pick up new programs quickly
  • Professional phone manner
  • Adaptable and flexible
  • Passionate about delivering a great customer experience
