Job description

The Opportunity
  • Work alongside external nurses and health professionals to help travel insurance customers in an emergency health situation
  • Liaise with a range of stakeholders including allied health professionals and travel claims staff where necessary  
  • Read policy wordings to confirm policy coverage 
  • Offer support and guidance to customers
  • Manage a portfolio of emergency queries and calls

About You
To be successful in the role, you will have: 
  • Emergency assistance experience or travel claims assessing experience preferred.
  • Allied health or medical claims experience considered. 
  • Ability to manage emergency situations 
  • Excellent communication skills
