About the Position: 
As Executive Assistant the main duties of the role include:
  • Supporting Chief Executives along with their wider team
  • Coordinating & booking meetings (internal and external)
  • Assist with team coordination and administration support
  • Working across international time zones
  • Minute taking and preparation of reports for strategy meetings
  • Develop and nurture business relationships both internally and externally 
  • Drafting and issuing correspondence
About You:
To be a successful candidate, the client is looking for the below experience:
  • Previous experience as a EA is essential within Insurance or Financial Services 
  • Experience with supporting multiple stakeholders 
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office/SharePoint/OneDrive/MSL
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Flexibility in your approach to work and a willingness to help out where required
