Job description

Our client is a leading corporate organisation based in the CBD. A reputable name within their industry, they have been operating for 10 + years and pride themselves on their professionalism. They are now looking to bring on a Corporate Receptionist on a Fixed Term Contract for 9 - 12 months.

About the role:
As the Receptionist for the office your day will be varied, tasks will include but not be limited to;
  • Managing the reception area presentation
  • Incoming calls and message taking
  • Managing ingoing and outgoing mail
  • Setting up meeting rooms and managing bookings
  • Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
  • General administration support as required
About you:
  • Friendly and outgoing individual
  • Committed to working 5 days in the CBD Office
  • Strong attention to detail and computer literacy
  • Highly organised and have the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
  • Previous experience within Reception & Administration roles
  • Passionate about providing a high level of service to customer
