About the role
As an Inside Sales Account Manager your duties will include, but not be limited to:
  • Enter and process incoming orders received online, via email and via phone.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and sales support to a network of reseller clients.
  • Act as the key contact for managing and responding to reseller needs.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with your customer portfolio through regular communication.
  • Identify opportunities and proactively work with resellers to drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding service and support across the business.
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge and internal processes across all vendor offerings.
  • Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 + Super + bonus.
