As an Inside Sales Account Manager your duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Enter and process incoming orders received online, via email and via phone.
- Provide exceptional customer service and sales support to a network of reseller clients.
- Act as the key contact for managing and responding to reseller needs.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with your customer portfolio through regular communication.
- Identify opportunities and proactively work with resellers to drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding service and support across the business.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and internal processes across all vendor offerings.
- Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 + Super + bonus.

- Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications at an intermediate level or above
- Previous experience within the IT industry is highly regarded but not essential
