My client is a leading Insurer who have been in operation for over 20 years. They are in an exciting phase of growth and are seeking to appoint passionate and enthusiastic Outbound Sales individuals with a flair for sales and outcomes!

They are seeking passionate individuals to partner with clients to set them up for long term success. 

This role is paying $75,000 package with paid training and ability to make up to $100,000 with your bonuses and performance!

Duties:

• Identifying customer needs to align them with the suitable insurance packages
• Account management
• Following up on outbound customer leads, supporting the customers with their insurance options and building rapport
• Ensure the database and your processes are documented efficiently, and all administration is completed
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders

Skills and Experience:

• A minimum of 1 year experience in Outbound Sales.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with a variety of stakeholders 
• Seeing objections as questions and wanting to support with the solution
• Experience working within fast paced and at times demanding environments 
• Experience working in Customer Service, Retail/Hospitality or phone-based roles will set you up for success!
• Excellent listening skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and enjoys being outcome focused
