Experience 

• Motor Claims Recoveries experience necessary
• Ability to deal with brokers and third parties

The Role:
Our client is a national leader in the Motor insurance industry. They are seeking both a Recoveries and Settlements Consultant with a Motor, collections or Property claims / customer service background to join their growing team. 

This company is growing quickly and as such are looking to expand their team within the recoveries and settlements space due to new clients coming on board. 

Key responsibilities: 

• Manage your own portfolio of recoveries of complex heavy motor claims
• Build, maintain & liaise with internal and external stakeholders - external recoveries and settlements contacts, senior management, internal customers, claims operations and customers/ policyholders.
• Identify Prospects – settle, pursue or cease. 
• Ensure there is a focus on the delivery of outcomes in order to maximise success rates
• Train, develop and assist junior staff members - including Quality Assurance procedures
