About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you'll design and deliver recruitment strategies that attract top talent and align with the organisation’s long-term  needs. Working closely with senior leaders, you will:
  • Develop and deliver innovative sourcing strategies using data analytics and market insights
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, coaching leaders to provide a best-in-class candidate experience
  • Create and implement diversity and inclusion-focused sourcing strategies to build a broad talent pipeline.
  • Partner with senior leaders on workforce planning, talent reviews, and succession planning.
  • Identify and facilitate redeployment opportunities for internal talent.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing the organisation at external events.
What You’ll Bring
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment - (Financial Services, superannuation, Investments or Fund management preferred)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and experience partnering with senior leadership teams.
  • Expertise in employer branding and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) recruitment strategies.
  • Ability to leverage data and insights to inform and optimise recruitment decisions.
  • Commitment to delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
