The Company

Join a dynamic global reinsurance and insurance provider on their journey of expansion and diversification. Currently seeking an experienced team assistant/office coordinator to play a crucial role in supporting their wide team with office support.

The Role

As an Team Assistant your duties will include but not be limited to:
  • Greeting visitors on arrival 
  • Preparing presentations, reporting, and correspondence
  • Ordering office/kitchen supplies 
  • Dealing with couriers/mail
  • Making travel bookings
  • Handling event organisation
  • Providing support with reporting, budgets and projects
  • Temp role - initially for 3-6 months with possibility to go perm
You
To be successful in this role you will have:
  • Strong administrative experience 
  • Full working rights 
  • Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Microsoft office skills
  • The ability to work autonomously and as part of the team
  • Sound judgement and the ability to maintain confidentiality around sensitive information
