The Role
As an Team Assistant your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Greeting visitors on arrival
- Preparing presentations, reporting, and correspondence
- Ordering office/kitchen supplies
- Dealing with couriers/mail
- Making travel bookings
- Handling event organisation
- Providing support with reporting, budgets and projects
- Temp role - initially for 3-6 months with possibility to go perm
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Strong administrative experience
- Full working rights
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills
- Microsoft office skills
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of the team
- Sound judgement and the ability to maintain confidentiality around sensitive information
