Job description

About You:
  • Prior experience leading & managing teams
  • Demonstrated experience in claims management, personal injury claims or an associated field
  • Identify areas of opportunity, potential business targets as well as being able to analyse data
  • Minimum 3+ years in Workers Compensation

Key Duties
  • Drive performance of the team that delivers results against the business strategy and financial targets
  • Motivate, develop, and engage team members to drive results and create a high performing team
  • Manage day to day workflow; resources, productivity and efficiency, ensuring performance objectives
  • Build quality relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide advice to colleagues regarding complex decisions
My client is seeking a Workers Compensation Team Leader to join their team on a 12-month contract with the potential for it to go permanent. They are seeking someone who is able to create a high performing environment, provide key insights into the industry as well as someone that can understand & utitlise all aspects of data.
